UPGRADES
Clients wishing to upgrade their treatment time may do so by paying the difference between the voucher value and the upgraded treatment (subject to availability).
TIME LIMITATION OF VOUCHER
Vouchers are valid for five months from the date of issue.
REFUND POLICY
If you change your mind within 30 days of the date of purchase we will issue a refund subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The centre may invalidate the voucher if an appointment is made to redeem the voucher but the client does not attend the appointment and does not notify the centre.
The centre may invalidate the voucher if an appointment is made to redeem the voucher and subsequently cancelled within 60 minutes of the appointment time.
LATE ARRIVAL
Clients arriving late for their appointment may have their session reduced to the remaining time available.
PRE-PAYMENT & SPECIAL OFFERS
If you pre-pay for treatments or purchase treatments on special offer then the same terms and conditions will apply as for gift vouchers.
